All materials were scavenged out of the San Francisco dump.  ‘Dwell’ is a fabricated home out of speakers.  The dump: the final resting spot for the pieces that made up/make up our lives.  Things that have been stripped of meaning because of where they are now, not belonging to no one.  The walls and ceiling of this speaker home emanate sounds I found from old telephone answering machines, reel-to-reel recordings from the 70′s and mixed tapes, for example.  Can all these fragments create a story of a life?  The magic of ambiguity engulfed these things, being that they came from people I do not know, all over the city.  Dwell investigates the story that happens at the end of the story, where things go in attempt to lose all meaning.
